Riktor charges forward, dealing 60/75/90/105/120/135 (+0.4 AD) physical damage, then swings his sword and deals 125/155/185/215/245/275 (+0.8 AD) physical damage. He will also charge forward during the next normal attack and deal an additional 10/35/60/85/110/135 magic damage. The cooldown is reset fully if Riktor hits a target (but only triggered once every 4 seconds.) If Riktor has the bush buff, the enemy is knocked into the air. If Riktor has the riverbed buff, the charging distance is increased.

Riktor raises his sword to block attacks, becoming immune to all damage and debuffs for 0.75 seconds. He then counter-attacks and deals 200/245/290/335/380/425 (+1.0 AD) physical damage to nearby enemies. This ability has 2 charges. When a control effect is blocked, the counter-attack also stuns targets for 1 second. When on land, Riktor does 225/275/327/375/425/475 (+1.0 AD) physical damage.

Riktor places a mark on a target and creates a zone with himself at the center, dealing 36/58/80 (+0.1 AD) true damage to nearby enemies every 0.5 seconds and reducing their movement speed for 5 seconds. After taking damage 5 times, marked enemies take an additional 300/500/700 (+1.0 AD) true damage and are silenced for 1 second.

Riktor

Riktor can gain different buffs on different types of terrains which makes him a powerful warrior with high true damage and great mobility.

Abilities

Passive – Battle Instinct

Riktor adapts to the environment and gains a buff after staying on a type of terrain for more than 1.5 seconds. His movement speed also increases slightly when moving from one terrain to another.

  • Brush: Increases attack speed by 15%.
  • Riverbed: Increases movement speed by 15%.
  • Road: Gains 15% additional damage reduction.

Notice: After leaving a terrain he can still maintain his buffs for 1.5 seconds until he gains a new one.

Ability 1 – Jungle Strike

Riktor charges forward, dealing physical damage, then swings his sword and deals physical damage. He will also charge forward during the next normal attack and deal additional magic damage.

The cooldown is reset fully if Riktor hits a target but only triggered once every 4 seconds. If Riktor has the bush buff, the enemy is knocked into the air. If Riktor has the riverbed buff, the charging distance is increased.

Therefore, we can use the ability while in the grass to stun the enemies twice. Also, make sure not to miss the normal attack after the swing which can deal the additional magic damage.

Ability 2 – Retaliate

Riktor raises his sword to block attacks, becoming immune to all damage and debuffs for 0.75 seconds. He then counter-attacks and deals physical damage to nearby enemies. This ability has 2 charges.

When a control effect is blocked, the counter-attack also stuns targets for 1 second. Riktor’s second ability can block all damage, even the one from the tower.

It gives him the ability to kill enemies even when under the tower.

Ultimate – Mark of the Hunter

Riktor places a mark on a target and creates a zone with himself at the center, dealing true damage to nearby enemies every 0.5 seconds and reducing their movement speed for 5 seconds. After taking damage 5 times, marked enemies take additional true damage and are silenced for 1 second.

Be careful, the marks can only be triggered by his ultimate. Which means to get the additional true damage you’ll have to stay near your enemies for 2.5 seconds.

Make sure to use the combo to control the enemies. Keep them nearby and trigger the additional damage and silence effect.

Gameplay

The first ability is prior to the second one. Learn it first so you can deal more damage in the early game. The combo is to use the first ability in the grass to stun the enemies.

When the enemies are stunned, use the Ultimate immediately following a normal attack to cancel the backswing. Then use the first ability again following a normal attack then you could use the second ability to block the damage or control.

Don’t forget the normal attack though. Ideally your ultimate will trigger the damage or silence effect. The first ability will allow Riktor to pass through most of the walls.

Use it when you need to chase or escape from the enemy. When you’re escaping don’t forget to use the second ability.

Meanwhile, you could also take advantage of the riverbed to gain faster movement. To counter Riktor, you have to be careful to not attack him in the zone of his ultiamte which will cause high true damage.

Also, remember to use control abilities after Riktor uses his second ability twice.
