Veera applies a Come Hither stack to every enemy hit by her abilities. Each stack reduces an enemy's magic defense by 30-72 (Scales with hero level), up to 3 stacks. A kill or assist will reduce the cooldown of all abilities by 25% of their maximum cooldown time.

Veera Guide

Veera

Veera is a sorceress who practices Dark Arts Magic. She not only has exceptional damaging capabilities but also uncommon disabling magic. falling under Veera’s spell may mean your end has come.

Abilities

Passive – Come Hither

Her dark powers will enter into a target whenever it suffers from one of her abilities reducing their magical resistance. This effect can be layered up to three times which will serve to greatly boost Veera’s magical damage which will escalate quickly to allow her to easily take out opponents.

Ability 1 – Hell Bat

Veera opens up a dimensional portal out of which a bat shall fly to deal magical damage to enemies in its path. This is a directional area-of-effect ability. Veera will normally use this skill on those in the middle of where she wants its path to go. Veera can also use hell bat to kill enemies at a distance while they are fleeing while low on health.

Ability 2 – Mesmerize

Veera will bestow a heart on her enemy who will become instantly smitten and suffer a very unfortunate love. This is Veera’s only disabling skill and prioritizes enemy Heroes. Veera can use mesmerize to disable enemies when they are low on health. 1.5 seconds of stun should be enough time for Veera to slay them.

Ultimate – Inferno Bats

Veera can instantly summon five evil spirits with one graceful movement. They will deal damage to nearby enemies in a very destructive manner. When the same target is attacked the amount of damage from the second attack onward will be 50% of its normal amount. In any case, the damage from inferno bats should be enough for Veera to take out her opponent.

To finish enemies Veera uses her skill 2 to disable the enemy and then her ultimate to deal massive amounts of damage. She can use her skill 1 when an enemy starts to flee and take them out. Of course, Veera could also use her skill 1 to take out weakened enemies after disabling them.

 

Attacking technique: Veera initially uses her skill 1 and then skill 2 to disable enemies when they are low on health she can finish them off with her ultimate.

Against multiple opponents, Veera can use her skill 2 to disable them initially in conjunction with other skills to deal out damage. After her skill 1 and 2 have cooled down, Veera can then release them again to slay her enemies.

In summary, Veera is a sorceress with a powerful set of abilities for taking out opponents which scale up very well when used in combination.

Lore

“I’m the Queen of the Night, my name is Veera.”

The ancient books said that Veera was the most devout and powerful apostle of the Great Ones. Long did she pray and beseech their wisdom, but long have they remain silent.

Eager to prove her mettle, she attempted to take on the Ravagers alone. Surely with their demise by her hand, the Great Ones would reward her with glory. However, it may also be that hubris, which the Great Ones found distasteful.

Though she fought bravely and peerlessly, inevitably she was captured. The tortures she suffered need not be mentioned. All that matters was those bright eyes, which once looked up to the heavens for guidance, are now filled with malice and dark fire.

Maloch, the leader of the Ravagers, personally performed the tortures, which founded a dark and awful relationship between the two. From then on she was always by his side, commanding his armies and vanquishing his foes.

But she always preferred the silent approach, bringing down the mightiest foes with her wiles and charms. Tome upon tome had been written to warn off men who might ever come across her path to not listen to the dark shadows whispering promises of greatness; all that lies at the end of that road is doom.

The Queen of Night is patient. She knows ultimately she will always have her way. She will be the last one standing. She still dreams of the day she can bathe in the Great Ones’ blood and look them in the eyes, so that they may know her wrath.
